Niccolo Bella diamonds come with a grading report from the world's leading independent gemology labs. The individual grading report details are listed for each diamond. Most of our diamonds also come with the Jeweltree Foundation Certificate guaranteeing Supply Chain Transparency, Social Responsibility, Ecological Sustainability and fair trade. Some of our jewelry use recycled metals and thus come with a certificate verifying the authenticity of all precious metals supplied to be 100% recycled and guarantees they are processed in an environmentally responsible way. These recycled precious metals are made in the USA.

Most all of Niccolo Bella diamonds are laser inscribed for your convenience. The recycled diamonds do not come with a laser inscription at this time. Each diamond will have information verifying if it is laser inscribed.

No, Niccolo Bella does not believe in producing appraisals for our customer because we see this as a conflict of interest. Of course we could tell you how much we think the jewelry should appraise for, but we consider that unethical. We could also use an independent appraiser, but expect that the appraiser who is being paid by us might begin to inflate the appraisals - perhaps this would be done unconsciously, yet it would still be a disservice to you. Always use a truly independent appraiser who is not connected with any seller of diamonds. Make sure the appraiser is well known in the community, has been in business for at least 5 years and has no outstanding complaints with the Better Business Bureau.

Yes, Niccolo Bella only trades in diamonds, gems and precious metals that come from legitimate sources that can disclose origin and cutting center practices. Actually we go well beyond Conflict Free to ensure your stones are ethically sourced and cut. Our partners pay visits to the manufacturers and polishers and are in contact with organizations that conduct independent 3rd party verification of the mining practices. The cutting centers we work with are regularly audited and work under the highest social and environmental standards. We promote diamond mining and polishing from community cooperatives or small scale artisanal mining that give direct benefit to the communities involved. Alternatively we also guarantee supply chain transparency and best practice standards for diamonds that originate from large scale mining and polishing, even for very small diamonds. We support the Oro Verde Project in Colombia and Eco Andina in Argentina by using their gold. Both guarantee ecologically mined precious metals and fair prices with premiums for the miners. In the mining process there is no mercury or cyanide used, there is no use of heavy machinery and there is no ecological disruption. Yes, Niccolo Bella ships all over the world. If you are located in a country where credit card fraud is unchecked we will contact the card issuing bank to verify your identity before any merchandise is shipped and inform the authorities if there is evidence of fraud. We know that you will love our jewelry and want you to feel comfortable and confident with your purchase. So if you do not absolutely adore your item then just return it unworn within 30 days for a full refund. You must use the Contact Page and request a Return Form. Custom orders may not be returned.

Niccolo Bella offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all of our jewelry. If your jewelry becomes damaged due to a manufacturer defect, we will repair or replace the item without charge. This warranty excludes coverage from wear and tear and/or physical abuse, loss of precious stones and theft. Improper repair or service performed by someone other than Niccolo Bella will void this warranty.
